Parking Among Trees is a body of photographs depicting the observations I made after unexpectedly becoming a father in 2009. All the images were captured in my spare time, in keeping with the mix of exhilaration and panic I was experiencing at the time. It was the first time I had attempted to photograph a feeling, something I continue to strive for to this day.

Pickled Mag is a new visual art and literary magazine created by multidisciplinary artist Amina Naheem, set to launch in the summer of 2026. Parking Among Trees will be included in the first edition.
